I just finished my weekly gardening duties—feeding the plants a healthy diet of organic fertilizers, deadheading spent rose blooms, and weeding. Now it’s time to organize for the upcoming work week and cross a few chores off my lengthy to do list. And of course, I’ll sneak in a bit of reading and browse through my cookbook collection for delectable recipes to prepare later in the week.
Wishing you a lovely Sunday!

I’m drawn to this image…I see comfort and feel a soothing warmth as I allow every detail to soak in. The interior editorial can be viewed entirety via Stil Inspiration. Photographed Kristofer Johnsson and styled by Pella Hedeby for Femina January 2014.
Captivating animal portraits photographed by Lukas Holas. What I find most intriguing about his series, Portraits of Animals II, is that the animals were photographed in a zoo. In addition, Holas was able to capture stunning details of fur, whiskers, and wrinkled animal hide. Discovered via mymodernmet.com.
