Good Morning Friends...Rise and Shine! I hope you had a deliriously wonderful weekend!

My weekend was filled with school (I’m taking Lightroom 4 that meets every Saturday morning from 9:00 am to Noon for the next 18 weeks); organizing business receipts in preparation for filing our income taxes; and a belated yet romantic St. Valentine’s celebration.

Darling hubby and I celebrated at the recently remodeled Spago in Beverly Hills.  One highlight of the evening was their hand-crafted signature cocktails.  I ordered the Xiang Li—a vivacious concoction consisting of: Absolut pear vodka, Canton ginger liqueur, pear puree, lime juice, and ginger syrup.  The first sip tasted like biting into a juicy fragrant sweet pear spiked with a splash of chilled vodka.  Simply sublime!

Rise and Shine!  It’s the start of a brand new and wonderful week…

In my wildest dreams, I never thought I would like the pairing of lobster, tomatillo, and wasabi…that is until I tried the Lobster Sashimi Tacos at  Nobu Restaurant.

Please beware—I feel obligated to warn you, the Lobster Sashimi Tacos are addicting, intoxicating, and will leave you aroused and on the verge…(no exaggeration, they really are that delicious).

On Saturday, I arrived home from my Photoshop class bleary-eyed, and happily discovered this beautiful floral arrangement, a purple and red gift wrapped box complete with a pretty pink bow, and a card.

The flowers, comprised of, fuschia Moth orchids, bluesy-purplish hydrangea, mahogany purple sweet peas and brilliant sky blue hyacinths were totally unexpected!  Not only that, I didn’t realize that we were celebrating Valentine’s Day early (sometimes wonderful hubby can be such a sneak ♥).

On Sunday, I left church services early, photographed a graceful ballerina, began reading this book  (it’s on my bucket list to someday publish a book of poetry) and nearly finished my weekend chores.

Hello All!   I hope you had a fun yet relaxing weekend!  In spite of experiencing issues with my computer, I had a fabulous weekend filled with chores, pilates, photographed a beauty shoot, and dined on Italian take-out from one of my husband’s favorite restaurants Mozza Pizzeria.

I will resume regular posting, as soon as my computer is repaired.  Have a beautifully splendid week!
