Parisian Countryside Wedding

This gorgeous wedding for New York Interior Designer and stylist, Kelly d’Halluin was inspired by the fête champêtre, an 18th-century elegant garden party.

The Château de Bevilliers was built in the 17th-century and features a medieval colombier,  or dovecote.  The Château is located on the Île-de-France in the Valley of Chevreuse 22 miles southwest of Paris.

The bridal flowers are breathtaking and feature Grouse feathers, ferns, mint, orchids, peonies, and mixed butterflies from Deyrolle.

I absolutely love the color palette and the manner in which natural and rustic elements were intertwined with elegant flourishes…quite refined and stylish.     Click here for additional details.

Saturday Loves 05

Good Evening!

Just taking a break from grating Italian Burrata cheese for tonight’s dinner…on the menu: Lasagne, Spinach Salad, and  buttery Garlic Bread.  Hubby makes the best garlic bread!  Must hurry and pack for a quick jaunt to Palm Springs for the 8th Annual Palm Springs Photo Festival.

A couple lovely posts I couldn’t resist sharing with you today.  Have a fantastic weekend!

Therese Sennerholt’s chic and stylish Stockholm apartment.  Photographed by Kristofer Johnsson and styled by Lotta Agaton.  Discovered via La Maison d’ Anna G.

Cherry Bombe is a brand new, beautifully designed indie magazine that celebrates women and food.  I can’t wait for the first issue to arrive in the mail!

Smooth sailing for Joan Smalls, photographed by Patrick Demarchelier in St. Barths, for Vogue.

Drawing Inspiration

The latest issue for the Australian based Adore Home magazine is not to be missed! The April/May issue features the stylish Melbourne home of Megan Hess, a fashion illustrator and author.

I absolutely love the color palette along with the feminine flourishes.  Click here to view the decor and design editorial in it’s entirety.

Have the loveliest of weekends!
