Bonjour! This image has captured my imagination. I see a talented yet undiscovered woman running toward her dreams…confidently racing toward her destiny…The moment I saw this photo, I knew it could be no other place than the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, one of my favorite places to visit in L.A.
Speaking of LACMA (as it’s affectionately known), they have a film program and lecture series which showcases prominent film directors and movies. The current series is: The Naked City: New York Noir and Neorealism. I hope to watch a screening before the series closes next week.
Now, I must return to my studies—I enrolled in a French I class in preparation for our trip to France, and embarrassingly, I admit, it’s a bit over my head.
Why is it, that the most enriching, fulfilling, and rewarding things in life don’t come easily…without challenges?
