Saturday Loves 04

Good Morning Lovelies!

It’s 9:00 am, and this mornings jaunt to the gym (6 miles of cardio) has left me exhausted (more so than usual)…however, there are too many items on my To Do List that must be checked off before Monday, so a quick shower then it’s off to REI to purchase camping props for Monday’s Lifestyle Photo Shoot.

I’m looking forward to attending MOCA’s first annual LA Art Book Fair this weekend. More than 200 artists and international presses will present their art books, catalogs, monographs, and zines…hoping to meet a few artists and purchase a few inspiring art books.

Pink Leopard & Venini

One of my favorite blogs is Mix and Chic. Last week, Mix and Chic featured Christine Dovey’s chic and ultra feminine home in Toronto, Canada.

Incredibly pretty are the vintage Venini lighting fixtures hanging above the dining table and the color palette of soft pastels intermingled with golden accents is simply splendid.

Friday’s Fancies 11

After two blustery, rainy, and gray days in Los Angeles, I’m looking forward to warmer weather and spring/summer fashions. Today, I’m loving Philosophy’s gauzy silk chiffon maxi dress…absolutely perfect for a midsummer’s stroll along a scenic promenade.

Also, can’t wait to begin reading Paris Paris: Journey into the City of Light, in preparation for this year’s trip to Paris. A warm thank you to AV at Long Distance Loving for hosting Friday’s Fancies.
