Happy Weekend!   I just returned home from pilates.  I feel great!  Just finishing up this post, will replenish my water bottle with coconut water, then it’s off to the gym for 5 to 6 miles of cardio.

Will spend the rest of the weekend reading, editing photos, organizing my home office, and cleaning my photography gear for next week’s photo shoots.

I’m endlessly intrigued with photographer’s homes and studios.  Ana Malin has been incredibly gracious to share photographs of her charming bedroom.

The photographs of Ray K. Metzker are currently on display at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles until February 24, 2013.   Metzker’s innovative use of compositing images, perceptual intricacies, and compelling use of depth of field was considered ground breaking at the time.

During the Christmas holidays, hubby and I watched Moonrise Kingdom written by Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola.  If you enjoy nostalgia and quirkiness, you too, will love this movie!

My Scandinavian Home featured Nina Hoist’s chic Norwegian Home.  Nina is the curator for the popular blog, Stylizimo.

I’m enchanted by Louis Vuitton’s L’Invitation Au Voyage Advertising Campaign. Beautifully edited, there’s so much movement and story crammed into 60 seconds, perhaps this is why there have been more than 19 million views on You Tube.
